Welcome to the Garden Walls.
This is not a classroom. It's not a sales funnel. It's more like a secret backyard. Overgrown in some corners, carefully tended in others, with a little bit of magic hiding under the leaves.
Here, we talk about beauty, the kind that starts in the soil and shows up on your skin. The green, growing, breathing world and all nature has to offer. Wellness that is messy, real, non-Instagraable. Life and its big questions, the small joys, and everything in between. And the spirit that is us, and all that has come before us.
You don't need to be a witch, a yogi, or a botanist. You just need to be curious.
Take a seat on the grass, grab a cup of something warm and let's wander together.
Will you join me?
What’s growing in the Garden?
The Grimoire (Herbs, Magic & Correspondences)
This is my digital magical cabinet. Part reference library, part spell book, part love letter to ancestors. It's fun enough to include a sleep spell, but serious enough to include safety cautions and contraindications.
You'll love the Grimoire if…
You find yourself wondering "Can I smoke this?" or "What planet does basil belong to?" at least once a week.
The Flower Bed - Beauty & Body Treatments
Before serums came in glass bottles with droppers, people mashed herbs into honey and called it a face mask. I'm bringing that energy back. This section is not about fixing yourself. It's about tending to yourself. Like you would a favorite plant. With patience and ingredients that grew in the sun.
You'll love Beauty & Body Treatments if…
You spent your childhood mixing “potions” while you showered, but actually want them to work now.
The Moss - Pranayama & Asana "Challenges"
These are not 30-day hardcore challenges. They're more like invitations. Soft, themed sequences that last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Perfect for busy mornings or a Sunday afternoon with nothing to prove.
Each "challenge" is actually a small collection of practices organized around nature and intention.
The Stream - Interviews with Professionals
I'll sit down with reiki masters, yoga teachers, dermatologists, ecologists and other wise humans. You can suggest guests and topics. This is your garden too.
Beyond The Garden: Events
Because a garden is loveliest when people gather in it.
Once this space is rooted and growing, I'll be adding:
Live Events
Once we've built a cozy little community, I'd love to host: Live panels and networking events, “Create Your Own" sessions in person, beach clean ups, as well as Advocacy meetings.
These will be announced first to members and email subscribers. No pressure. Just fun.
