What is something that still hurts you?
Sometimes we believe that just because a situation, a feeling or even a thought doesn’t come across our minds, that it doesn’t affect us. Sometimes when we are our most quiet, is when the body and mind are screaming the loudest for help.
Avoiding emotions by not processing them and letting them linger not only stays in the body but the heart and soul.
Write about a time you were hurt, why do you think it was so impactful? Did it open a wound from your childhood, did it attack your ego? What did you feel and how did the situation occur? What do you wish to tell the person who hurt you?
Once you’ve written out your feelings, transmute them. Energy is sacred, cannot be created or destroyed, but it can be redirected.
